Cambrian Construction Ltd was established in July 2003 by the board of directors David Kieft and Richard Moriarty, who together have over 45 years of construction experience. With the addition in April 2008 of David Jeffreys with his 28 years of commercial and operational experience at higher management level complimenting the board strength, the company is in a strong position to carry through the planned future developments.
The aim of the company is to provide the client with the correct balance of service quality and cost on a repeat basis.
We pride ourselves on having the skills to provide our clients with a flexible management approach which allows us to fully integrate with the client on projects at the earliest stage, thus benefiting the team to maximize value engineering, aid the design process, prepare realistic budgets and collaborate right the way to the from concept to delivery.
Cambrian Construction is fully committed to the ongoing career development of our staff and have an internal review process to ensure that opportunities for promotion/ system improvements and feedback are implemented.
To support our intent we have embarked on a commitment to achieve the "Investors in People" standard. We believe that for us to continue our controlled expansion we must invest both our time and our money in to the development of our current and future staff for with out them we can not exist.
Another of our priorities is to provide our workforce, supply chain, visitors and neighbors alike a safe and fully compliant place to work or visit. In order for this to be achieved we have created a culture within the company that from the Managing Director down all are fully committed to Health, Safety and Welfare.
We carry out our own in house safety controls and also employ a Safety consultant to advise and assist in the maintenance of our procedures. We have made a target commitment to ensure a zero accident policy is achieved year on year.
