Project Description
A design and build project of nine properties for Aringdale Homes Ltd, comprising of three and four bedroom detached houses in the Carmarthenshire village of saron near Ammanford.
The scheme included the demolition of existing buildings, and the new build of two storey houses finished with a high specification for sale on the open market.
Our involvement as a one stop shop included taking an early design brief from the client through the design, planning, marketing, cost analysis and construction process.
