Project Description

Fit out of the prestigious Matrix Alpha building for American medical research company.

We were involved with the project at a very early stage and carried out all aspects of the design that involved complex requirements including, comfort cooling, rewire of existing system to integrate new electrical system, high spec data installation, communications room with gaseous extingushants and emergency shut down system.

The project was carried with a fast track programme target of 10 weeks. Close client liaison was required as many changes were made as the project progressed. This was exasperated as a lot of this communication was required directly with the American head office.

Although fast track and with a lot of changes this project was finished within both time and financial targets.
