Project Description

Tendered contract for the construction of a two storey community centre part funded by European Grant.

The project was for a new build property with a link through to the existing community hall. With the project being located in Rhossili on the Gower peninsular provided a logistical problem for not only deliveries but also procurement. Traffic during the summer months and inclement weather added to the problems but with all of these issues to contend with the project was completed within successfully in time for a Royal visit from Prince Charles in July 2006. The end result has provided the local community with a first class building that is used by not only the local residents but visitors countrywide.
