Project Description

Construction of a new community centre within the rural village of Salem.

Working closely with the client we finalised their design brief and used our value engineering skills to re-design and specify to work within a tight budget which was part funded by European Objective Grant Aid. Logistically the scheme was tasking in that it was situated in this relatively remote location. To overcome this there was a requirement of specifically close management of deliveries and subcontractors to provide the local community with a first class centre with minimum disruption.
