Welfare, Health and Safety

Our strategic vision is to be recognised as the best local contractor in the Swansea/South Wales area by all of our stakeholders. Embracing the triple themes of Sustainable Construction ie economic, environmental and social aspects will, we hope, assist in our quest to realise this vision.

As part of our commitment to the process we set ourselves realistic objectives and targets for the short, medium and long term:

Influence clients and designers to improve the whole-life environmental performance of the construction projects in which the company is involved.
Reduce waste disposal to landfill.
Increase re-use and recycling of construction materials.
Reduce polluting emissions.
Reduce consumption of energy and water.
Reduce impacts on flora, fauna and landscape and enhance nature conservation.

In terms of sustainability, we have taken as a guide the 10 key themes detailed in the CIRIA research work on Sustainable Construction as follows:
